How can I place my online prescription medication order?

What information must I provide when I place an order?
-The most important piece of information is your prescription, which must be less than a year old and written by a physician licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medications in your country of residence. Prescription medication will not be dispensed unless a valid prescription is provided. You also will be asked to complete a medical form, where you will need to provide information about your medical history and current medications, as well as your address and phone number, and ID number (either: social security, passport, or driver’s license number).
How long will I have to wait for my medications to be delivered?
-Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours. If your medications are backordered, we will inform you within 24 hours of processing your order. All orders are expedited using EMS, which includes online tracking and should be delivered to your door via USPS within seven to 10 business days after shipping. Note: U.S. Customs has the right to open and inspect any package, which may delay your order.
Can I return any of my medicines?
-No. The Health Ministry guidelines prevent our pharmacies from taking back medicines once they have left the pharmacy. Therefore, Steppys Med is unable to accept returns, and there are no refunds.
What if my order was lost?
If an order is lost or does not arrive in time, you may request a refund. Please note that orders cannot be returned, refunded, or claimed lost after 60 days.
What if I have a prescription with a refill for more than a three-month supply?
We keep all prescriptions on file until their expiration date, so you can reorder online after each three-month period; there is no need to fax the prescription a second time. We will contact you before your original order runs out to see if you would like to have your refills filled.
Why does Stepepys Med require an ID number (Social Security, passport or driver’s license number)?
-Stepepys Med requires a valid ID in order to facilitate your order. Stepepys Med will never share your personal details with anyone other than the dispensing pharmacy.
Why do I get a security warning when I enter some of the pages in steppysmed.com?
Security warnings are based on security settings made in your web browser’s preferences. Warnings such as these are typical of any browser plugin when these security settings are enabled. They are not advertisements or a solicitation to purchase something.
The appearance of the security warning window may differ slightly in different web browsers. For example, Firefox will display a slightly different popup window than that of Internet Explorer. How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. orders: Free shipping applies to all orders over $99.
Orders under $99 carry a $30 shipping fee

Note: Additional charges may apply for select products requiring cold shipping.
Please note: The US government has introduced new tariffs on international shipments, with the exact tariff varying depending on the source of the product and the country of origin. This applies to all orders shipping to U.S. addresses.
For non-U.S. orders: All orders above $99 in value carry a $20 shipping fee.
All orders below $99 in value carry a $30 shipping fee.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 business days to the United States and up to 14 business days to anywhere outside of the States.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden taxes, fees, or surcharges on our website. The charges you will experience are the cost of your drugs, as listed on our website, a $30.00 shipping charge per package (on orders less than $99), and a new 15% tariff charge for international orders into the United States.
Additionally, there is an added fee for select products that require cold shipping. If this is the case with your order, you will be made aware of this charge at checkout.
Are there any countries to which Steppys Med cannot ship medications?
-Yes, Steppys Med is unable to ship to the following countries due to various regulations, restrictions, or logistical limitations:
