We make the return and warranty process as easy as possible. Simply fill out the return form with all the necessary information. It is that easy!

If you are a Steppys Med user please log in to your account prior to filling out the return form. If you are a guest user kindly contact our customer service with your reference number.

Return Policy

Steppys Med accepts authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the date the medicine was purchased. All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, include all items and components that were included in the original package.

If you have already consumed part of your medication and you would like to exchange it under warranty, please submit the warranty form, then a representative will process your claim, and contact you within 24-48 business hours. For more information about warranty claims, please refer to our warranty page.

Unlike most companies, we do NOT charge a restocking fee*.

For standard returns, please allow up to 8 business days for a refund to be completely processed after your return is delivered back to our store.

  • Up to 3 business days to check the return in.
  • Up to 3 business days to process the refund.
  • Up to 2 business days for your payment provider (Debit card company, PayPal, wire transfer etc.) to complete the refund.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect medication after 30 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
